Big Shot Challenge

Today is a beautiful hot, sunny, humid day exactly the kind of day where you stay inside with the A/C. Yep gotta love TX summers, NOT!
A few days ago a dear online friend, Frances Wagner, decided that a challenge would get me back into stamping mode. Her challenge was to make a box or card using the big shot , any SU! new color(s) &/or any new sets. So I chose to make 2 things which used 1 new in-color & a new set, along with additional dies from the big shot.
I had an idea of what I wanted to do pretty much already thought up before Frances & I were done chatting. However, the projects I ended up doing are different, because I decided I wanted to go with a Christmas theme. So I did an online hunt & found Angie Kennedy Juda's blog Chic' n Scratch Live where she has plenty of video tutorials & one of her categories just happens to be the big shot. Thus my box was born! As you can see I also made a matching ornament to the box. I still may try my other idea at a future time just gotta make sure what I'm thinking in my head can possibly turn out.

Here is my box & ornament-
