MMS063025 - Your Kindess Made My Day

Hello Stampers,

I've fallen behind on a few Mystery Monday Stamping tutorials, so thought I'd do the last one for June which is a fun fold.

Due to the inside of the card I had to use a DSP that I hadn't cut down to 6x6 yet, so I went with the Painterly Pears DSP which was layered on a Basic Beige Cardstock base. For the focal point, I used the Pearfectly Pears Bundle to stamp the pears onto Basic Beige Cardstock using Memento Black Ink, I inked up the solid image first with Darling Duckling Ink, then used a Sponge Dauber to add a bit of Calypso Coral Ink to make it look a bit like the pears in the paper & then colored the leaves in using the Old Olive & Mossy Meadow Stampin' Blends before die-cutting. I then used a scrap piece of Basic Beige Cardstock then die-cut them using the Nestled Essentials Dies for the sentiment & the inside panel. For the sentiment, I used the Mixed Labels Stamp Set with Mossy Meadow Ink. The pears were attached to the sentiment box then popped up using Stampin' Dimensionals. I'll have to add a few embellishments at a later time as I forgot to add them before I started taking photos.

Perfectly Pears - Hello Friend

Hello Stampers,
Happy 1st day of July everyone! I can't believe it is July already, but with the start of the new month brings new Online Exclusive products which I have used a few for today's card which was inspired by an old sketch from Jackie Bolhuis.

I started my card with a Darling Duckling Cardstock base, followed by a layer of Painterly Pears DSP. For the focal point, I used the Darling Duckling Ink Pad then for the pear base then added some Old Olive Ink directly to the stamp with a Sponge Dauber before stamping on Basic White Cardstock, I also stamped the leaves/stem using the Early Espresso Ink Pad, coloring them in using the Old Olive & Deep Stampin' Blends Combo Packs before die-cutting both using the Perfectly Pear Dies. The pear was added to a layer of Old Olive Cardstock before attaching to the card base. Next, I used a strip of Darling Duckling Cardstock for the sentiment using the Early Espresso Ink Pad. Lastly, I added a few Low Profile Sparkle Dots to finish the card.

Sweet Jar - Sending A Little Sweetness Your Way

Hello Stampers,
Today's card was inspired by another old sketch, this time by Dee Slater with a few sneak peeks of things that are coming in just 5 more days as Online Exclusives.

I started this card with a Basic White Cardstock base, followed by a layer of Pretty In Pink Cardstock. I used 2 strips of a new DSP called Celebratory Sips, then for the middle I used an old In Color that is coming back as part of the new 2025-2027 In Colors called Strawberry Slush, I loved this color the first time it came out, so happy they are bringing back an old favorite now with the yearly In Colors. I somehow missed that Dazzling Droplets Stamp retired, but it is the background I used with Strawberry Slush Ink as an added texture to the cardstock. I used the Sweet Jar bundle to stamp the jar parts & the cookies onto Basic White Cardstock using Gray Granite, Early Espresso, Pecan Pie Ink Pads, I used the Pool Party Stampin' Blends Combo Pack & the Color Lifter to add just a hint of color & then added Wink Of Stella to add a bit of shininess to make it look a bit of glass. For the sentiment, I used the Nested Essentials Dies to die cut a rectangle for my sentiment which I stamped using Pretty In Pink & Strawberry Slush Ink Pads, then popped it up using Stampin' Dimensionals. As a final touch I added a Drusy Embellishment to the handle part of the jar.

Latta Love with More Than Autumn - This Calls For Hot Cocoa

Hello stampers,

Today's card comes from a sketch by Martin's Mayhem - Papercrafter on Instagram he's calling it #sketchmayhem365 so I'll have to remember to look at his sketches from time to time.

Again I wanted to use some retiring supplies, I used More Than Autumn & the Latte Love Stamp Sets (I had to make a cocoa card because I'm not a coffee drinker, LOL) I stamped the cup using Pretty Peacock Ink onto Basic White Cardstock then colored it in using Lost Lagoon & Pecan Pie Stampin' Blends Combo Packs. For the whipped cream, I embossed on Basic White Cardstock using Craft White Ink & White Embossing Powder, then added a bit of the Pearlized Enamel Basics to give it a shimmer that you can't really see then die-cut both of these with the 2 die sets, along with using Silver Foil to die-cut the spoon. Using the Stylish Shape Dies I cut out a Pecan Pie Cardstock circle, this was then popped it up on the card using Stampin' Dimensionals. I stamped some sentiments from the More Than Autumn set using Pretty Peacock Ink onto a layer of A Little Latte DSP which was glued to a Pretty Peacock Cardstock base. The small banner was die-cut using the Countryside Corner Dies. Lastly, I added a few Pecan/Clear Ribboned Dots to finish off the card.
