Season's Greetings with Joy Of Christmas

Hello stampers,

So the other day I was working on a sketch that took a piece of DSP that was supposed to be diagonal from bottom left to top right, well I cut it wrong twice. UGH! So I'm trying to use some of the scraps that I have for this particular DSP to make cards.

I started with 2 angled pieces of Joy Of Christmas DSP, backing them with Real Red Cardstock. I used a layer of Basic White Cardstock as a background to attach these 2 pieces & have a place for a sentiment. I used the Christmas Classics Stamp Set for the sentiment with Real Red Ink, I thought the holly in this set was a bit too small, so I used the retired Hang Your Stocking Stamp Set with Real Red & Shaded Spruce Ink. This was then attached to a Real Red Cardstock base.

To You & Yours- Winter Meadow

Hello stampers,

Today's card was inspired by an old Freshly Made Sketch & as you can probably tell I'm still working on Christmas cards, procrastination at it's finest. EEK! Please tell me I'm not the only one still working on them?

For this card I with a monochromatic theme using Winter Meadow DSP with Misty Moonlight & Basic White Cardstock. For the sentiment, I used the Brightest Glow Stamp Set with Misty Moonlight Ink & Cardstock. I popped up the sentiment using Stampin' Dimensionals & finished the card off with some Glitter Sequins.

Trucking Along - Festive Christmas

Hello stampers,

Today I'm sharing my best farmhouse card that I could think of doing, using the Trucking Along Stamp Set. This card is probably the easiest to make if you're like me & have to have several designs as I get bored with the same design after making about 10.

I started this card with a Basic White Cardstock base, followed by the red plaid paper in the Joy Of Christmas DSP. For the top layer, I stamped the truck with Memento Black (outline) & Real Red (solid) Ink Pads, the tree with a Shaded Spruce Ink Pad, & Basic Black & Smoky Slate Stampin' Blends Combo Packs for the tires/rims. I then stamped a sentiment from the set with Memento Black Ink. I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels that I colored with the Real Red Stampin' Blends Combo Packs. Once I was done with the stamping, I added Stampin' Dimensionals to the back of the layer & added to the front of the card.

Merry Christmas Fun Fold

Hello stampers,

I really hope y'all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! It was a small & quiet one here with my mom & of course lots of online shopping to be had for local children's Santa letters.

This card was inspired by a card Rachel Tessman made back in 2021 (thank goodness for Pinterest, LOL). I used Shaded Spruce Cardstock for the base of the card, then cut off 2 1/8 from the top to leave the bottom part to open/close. I used Basic White Cardstock for the inside, along with the Joy Of Christmas DSP visible as the card is taken out of the envelope. I used the Real Red Ribbon from the Real Red & Burlap Ribbon Combo Pack to tie a bow around the folded part. For the sentiment, I used the Brightest Glow Stamp Set with Real Red Ink & the retired dies that go with this set Labels Aglow, then popped it up using Stampin' Dimensionals.

Cheers To The Season

Hello stampers,

Today I have a fun little Christmas card to share with you using the Cheers To The Season stamp set.

I started with a Basic White Cardstock piece where I stamped the ornament stamp twice using Granny Apple Green & Poppy Parade Ink. I used the Stylish Shape Dies to cut out a square from the green stamped piece then fussy cut the ornaments from the poppy piece before gluing them to the green piece. I used Granny Apple Green Cardstock for the base followed by a layer of Merry Bold & Bright DSP, then attached the ornament piece using Stampin' Dimensionals. I took a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels & colored them with Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends Combo Pack & attached them to the dots from the stamp.
