Hello stampers,
WARNING, sneak peek to August's Paper Pumpkin kit, turn back now if you don't have yours & you want to be surprised! Otherwise, happy Wednesday to those who stick around!
I've been in a stamping slump as of late, which isn't a good thing when you have swaps to do. Luckily, I don't usually sign up for swaps unless I have a pretty good idea of what I'm planning on doing. However, I did do it this once to help with the numbers who knew special occasions would be so hard to figure out what to do, I had an idea it just wasn't working when I put it to paper I spent 2 days trying to figure out what to do or change to make it look right in my eyes. But I finally made it work & it went to the PO yesterday, so hopefully I'll be able to show you my cards & those of the other members very soon.
In the meantime, I received my August kit & thought I would play around with it, so I made the card part of the kit, as my room is getting bogged down with boxes or other 3D items that I'm not sure what to do with. The cards are smaller than a regular card, possibly more like a note card and are gold foil based stripes & bows. I used Craft White Ink on the Chalkboard tags then assembled the card. Really, really simple. I love the swirl dingbats they put with this set, may have to figure out how to use this set with other stamps.
~Enjoy
