Woodland Christmas

Hello stampers,
Busy, busy & time is only going by quicker & quicker!
Today I have yet another card from Kerri's last class & I liked it so much it is one of the designs I made for my Christmas cards. Yep, I'm one of those who can't make more than say 10 of 1 card, less if they take a lot of time like wet embossing, because I get bored. First, we took a very small strip (about 1 1/2")  of Whisper White Card Stock and tore it in half then adhered them together to make snow drifts then stamped the sentiment from Good Greetings Stamp Set in Basic Gray Ink, then took Dazzling Details & went along the torn part to add some shimmer to the drifts & set aside to dry. Next, we took a layer of Basic Gray Card Stock, ran it through the Big Shot to emboss using the Woodlands TIEF, sponged Craft White Ink onto the trunks, then added the snowflakes from the Sheltering Tree Stamp Set also in Craft White Ink. We finally added the punched birds from the Tree Builder Punch, which were already punched for us using Real Red Card Stock.
