Birthday Balloons

Hello stampers,
     Today's card is a birthday card I made at Kerri's last class.
     We started with a Whisper White Card Stock base. For the next layer, we used the retired Irresistibly Yours DSP & sponged over it using Flirty Flamingo Ink. For the stamped layer, I stamped the worded balloon string & the sentiment from the Endless Birthday Wishes Stamp Set in Memento Black Ink. I randomly stamped off once the smaller balloon background in Sweet Sugarplum Ink & Peach Peekaboo Ink then added the confetti looking stamp full force over those colors & doodled by hand the balloon strings using the Black Stampin' Write Marker. Lastly, I stamped off once the bigger balloon using Flirty Flamingo Ink then using full force the same color for the confetti looking stamp. I then punched it out using the Balloon Bouquet Punch & adhered it to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.
