BSU032118

Hello stampers,
Procrastination at its best, so much to do & not enough time in a day to do it, let alone stamp. So I'm making up for last week's BSU challenge which was all about the technique White Crayon Resist, this technique is an oldie since I couldn't remember the steps to do it. Carol & Stace found a new way to do this technique, but I stuck with the old way.
I took a small piece of Glossy Card Stock, stamped it with a flower from the Remarkable You Stamp Set with Memento Black Ink & let the ink dry. I then took a white crayon around the leaves of the flower & the stem before adding Wisteria Wonder Ink & Pear Pizazz Ink with a Stampin' Dauber. I thought the whiteness of the card stock was just too bright so I went around the other colors with Soft Sky Ink. I then backed the stamped piece with a Basic Black Card Stock layer before attaching it to a Wisteria Wonder Card Stock base, then added one of the sentiments from the set using Memento Black Ink again.
Don't forget to head on over to Carol's blog HERE and then to Stace's blog HERE. To see what both did for this week's challenge. I'm sure both will be fantastic. Hope you try this challenge out too! We have a new Facebook group if you want to join us and show us what you came up with HERE.
