Christmas 2020

Hello stampers,
I hope everyone had a great Christmas & a safe New Year. I took some time off with hubby home & also started to unpack some of the boxes for the rest of my stamp room & get all of that set up. It's only been what a year since we moved in?
Today I have 2 of the last Christmas cards to share with you, but just didn't ever get them scheduled. So please bear with me & who knows maybe they'll give you an idea for next year (gotta start early ya know!)
For the 1st card, there isn't a lot of stamping involved. Did you know that the Trimming The Town DSP can be used with the Home Together Dies that go with the Coming Home Stamp Set?  Using the dies I cut up a piece of the DSP until I couldn't do any more. So there was several variations of this card & the houses used. I started with a piece of Balmy Blue Cardstock for the base & stamped it with a sentiment from the Wrapped In Christmas Stamp Set using Misty Moonlight Ink. Next, I used the Home Together Dies with the Big Shot to cut out the snow looking part. I also stamped the wreath from the Coming Home Stamp Set onto Whisper White Cardstock, colored it with Lt. Old Olive & Dk. Poppy Parade Blenders before die cutting them out. It truly is a simple card to make!

For the next card, I used the hostess set, A Merry Hello from the Holiday Catalog. I started the card with a Mossy Meadow Cardstock base, followed by a layer of Heartwarming Hugs DSP. Next, I stamped the 2 stocking pieces from A Merry Hello Stamp Set onto Very Vanilla Cardstock using Real Red Ink & Pear Pizzazz Ink, the sentiment was stamped with Mossy Meadow Ink then backed it using Real Red Cardstock.
