WOW, it has been awhile since I actually opened & used a Paper Pumpkin kit. April's Paper Pumpkin coordinates with the Ice Cream Corner DSP & darn if I could find my paper to make a few more cards. So I ended up copying 1 card & then made an alternate.
Here is one of the cards made exactly from the kit instructions. Cute!
Here is my alternate card- I started with a Real Red Cardstock base followed by a layer of Basic Black Cardstock. I used a layer of Basic White Cardstock & stamped the watermelon from the stamp set in the kit, coloring them in using Dk. Real Red & Dk. Old Olive Stampin' Blends. I stamped a sentiment from the same set using Old Olive Ink, then cut it out using the Message Die. (Yes that big die for just one itty bitty part LOL!) I then colored the retired All The Trimmings Embellishments with a Real Red Stampin' Blends. I then used the retired Starburst Punch to punch out the circle from Old Olive Cardstock before running it through the Big Shot using the Hammered Metal EF. I assembled the card using Stampin' Dimensionals behind the sentiment.Hopefully if you subscribe to Paper Pumpkin you are doing a better job of keeping up with them than I have!
