I spent 6 years stationed on the island of Okinawa, Japan with my husband. So when it comes to Asian-type stamps I usually buy them, I sold a few after I left dummy me didn't think I needed those even though I had scrapbooks to finish. This set was a favorite from the beginning but I'm just now getting around to buying it, I think a lot had to do with what could I do with it. I happened to come across a blog where they entered a challenge where it needed it to be a CAS (clean & simple) using 1/3 or less. So here is my try at the rules for this challenge just not following an actual challenge, I don't know if this would qualify for any of their challenges but it was definitely out of my comfort zone.
I started with a Soft Sea Foam Cardstock base, followed by a layer of Mossy Meadow Cardstock. For the stamped image, I used Basic White Cardstock, masked off a portion (hard to see) under the bamboo & used Soft Sea Foam Ink with my Blending Brush to add some color. I then used the bamboo & leaves from the Bamboo Beauty Stamp Set with Mossy Meadow Ink. The sentiment is also from this set & also stamped with Mossy Meadow Ink.
