Jan-Jun Mini Catalog Blog Hop


Hello stampers,
     Today I'm participating in the Crafty Collaborations FB group blog hop for the new mini catalog that came out on the 4th. I can't wait to see what everyone has made as it looks like there are many participants.
     For my card, I chose to use the Hello Ladybug Bundle, it's just too cute. I started with a Real Red Cardstock base where I stamped the flower trio with Real Red Ink for the background. Next, I cut the scalloped rectangle out of Basic White Cardstock using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. On the rectangle, I stamped the leaf from the set using Granny Apple Green Ink, then stamped a sentiment from the Create With Friends Stamps Set. For the ladybug, I totally cheated & used just Real Red & Basic Black Cardstock to make her using the Ladybug Builder Punch which is part of the bundle with the stamp set. The only stamped part of the ladybug is the dots on her wings where I used the Memento Black Ink. I then assembled the card using Tombow Multipurpose Glue.
