With the new catalogs being released today, this will be the last "sneak peek" but not the last cards from either of the catalogs.
I decided to try my hand at the Butterflies & Flowers Layering Decorative Masks. While I have a few other of our masks I've never really used them, but thought I would make a nice background. Using masks with the Blending Brushes make fast & easy cards & can be used in different ways depending on the mask & the look you are trying to achieve with your card. So for this card, I used a mask for the background with Melon Mambo Ink & the Blending Brushes on Basic White Cardstock. For the sentiment, I used the Friendly Hello Stamp Set with Memento Black Ink. This was then backed by a layer of Basic Black Cardstock & a Melon Mambo Cardstock base.
