Today I'm sharing cards from the February Paper Pumpkin, I wasn't really sure about getting this kit but it makes fun cards & I also made an alternative for this kit as well.
The first picture is what the cards look like exactly from the kit itself. Fun cards for kids or people who you want to celebrate.
This card is my alternative to the kit. I started with a Basic White Cardstock layer & using the negative images from the leaves I used my Blending Brushes to sponge the leaves using Fresh Freesia Ink, then using Rich Razzleberry Ink (inked off once) to stamp the dots from the set that was included with the kit. This was then backed by a layer of Rich Razzleberry Cardstock. For the sentiment, I used the retired Happy Thoughts Stamp Set stamped with Rich Razzleberry Ink onto Basic White Cardstock which was punched out using the Tailored Tag Punch & then popped up using Stampin' Dimensionals. Everything else- leaves, vellum & the base were pieces from the kit. To finish off the card I added a few Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
