Painted Poppies Birthday

Hello stampers,
I think I have stated in the past that I am trying to use more of every color we have than just "my favorites." I'm also trying to use all of my stamps more, some I have a hard time using more than once or twice, thus the card I made for today.
I started with a Basic White Cardstock layer that I decided to make as my own DSP. I stamped the poppy from the Painted Poppies Stamp Set multiple times using Memento Black Ink, then colored them in using Blackberry Bliss & Poppy Parade Stampin' Blends. The open space that was left was then colored in using Soft Sea Foam Stampin' Blends. I cut the Basic White layer in half to be able to make 2 cards, then cut the half piece down to 4 equal parts before layering the pieces onto Blackberry Bliss Cardstock. For the sentiment, I used Basic White Cardstock that I had punched one end using the Lovely Labels Punch, colored it with Soft Sea Foam Stampin' Blends then stamped using a sentiment from the Calming Camellia Stamp Set with Blackberry Bliss Ink, letting it dry before attaching it to the stamped layer. For the base, I used Poppy Parade Cardstock that had been stamped with ink splotches using Blackberry Bliss Ink before attaching the inked image with Stampin' Dimensionals to the base. To finish the card, I added a single Rhinestone Basic Jewel to the sentiment area.
