Using DSP As The Main Focus

Hello stampers,
Sorry I had to take a few days off & didn't prepare anything beforehand. I hope some of you are getting some stamping time in during the Olympics & the Super Bowl. Hopefully, your team won! EEK! While I didn't really watch the game I did see the Half-Time Show & the last few minutes of the game. As for the Olympics it's hit & miss there but I try to watch the ice skating, but it seems every time I go out to see what's on all it is, is curling.
For today's cards I'm using DSP as the main focus of the card, maybe this & finding some one-sheet wonders will help me use up all the retired DSP I have, who's with me? Both of these cards use Basic White Cardstock as their bases. I used the Bloom Where You Are Planted & the Friendly Hello DSP cutting them both to 4"x 4.25" then cutting them at an angle 1.25" from the top left & 0.75" from the top right & glued the DSP down before I started anything else.
For this card, I used the Plentiful Plants Bundle stamping the vase & the sentiment with Cinnamon Cider Ink & the succulents with Soft Succulent Ink before die cutting them. The plant was then popped up using Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.
For this card, I used the Friendly Hello Stamp Set (free SAB set with $100 order) using Petal Pink Ink with the little buds, then blocked off the sentiment from the same set & stamped it with Smoky Slate Ink.
I hope these cards encourage you to use some of that DSP hiding in your stash. It's really a simple & fast card to make!
