It's been a busy & hectic week here & I'm so glad it's Friday. This long weekend please remember the why behind it. The saying on this card is something those who have been left behind have said or still say & their loved ones will always be a part of their heart. Please stop & think about all those brave men & women who have given the ultimate sacrifice for their country.
For this card, I used the True Beauty & Good Feelings Stamp Sets. For the sentiment, I used Gorgeous Grape Ink stamping it on Basic White Cardstock and then layering it on top of Old Olive Cardstock. For the flower layer, I used Gorgeous Grape & Old Olive Inks, stamping the flower & leaves sporadically on Basic White Cardstock, then I added a simple Gorgeous Grape Sheer Ribbon straight across the middle before adhering it to an Old Olive Cardstock base. The sentiment was then added using Stampin' Dimensionals.
