I started the card with a Basic White Cardstock base, followed by a layer of Parakeet Party Cardstock that was embossed using Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder & was adhered using Multipurpose Glue. Next was the tail of the banner where I used Orchid Oasis Cardstock and then embossed it using Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder again. I did cheat I actually used the retired Triple Banner Punch instead of fussy cutting it. For the stamped image, I used the This Birthday Piggy Stamp Set to stamp one of the pig images on Basic White Cardstock using Memento Ink then cut it out using the Layering Circle Dies. I colored the image using Petal Pink, Orchid Oasis, Parakeet Party, Daffodil Delight & Soft Suede Stampin' Blends Combo Packs, then backed the image with a scalloped circle from the Layering Circle Dies using Orchid Oasis Cardstock then popping it up using Stampin' Dimensionals before adhering it to the card. For the sentiment, I used a Black Stampin' Write Marker marking the 1st line of the sentiment & stamping it on top then cleaned it, then repeating it with the 2nd line.(You can also use washi or scotch tape)
