It's fun fold Friday & the card I'm sharing with you today was inspired by a video from Lisa Curcio. I'm a crazy cat lady as most of you know, but I'm also interested in dogs because of the rescue work I do. Today I'm sharing the Christmas Scottie Bundle, my early memories of going to my Grandma's house was getting to play with her Scotties, I loved them so much. So of course, I just had to get this bundle!
My card doesn't use the Christmas traditional type colors, but I still think they work. For the card base, I used Cherry Cobbler Cardstock that I had stamped the leash/ribbon from the Christmas Scottie Bundle on the front of it using Cherry Cobbler Ink. For the square, I used Basic Black Cardstock then layered Basic White Cardstock that I had stamped with the gingham stamp with Cherry Cobbler Ink stamped off once. For the dog, I stamped onto Basic White Cardstock with Memento Black Ink & the collar with Cherry Cobbler Ink before punching him out using the Scottie Dog Punch. I popped the Scottie up using Stampin Dimensionals before adding him onto the card. For the inside, I don't usually do too much decorating but I decided to make a frame with the leash/ribbon with Cherry Cobbler Ink onto Basic White Cardstock.
