So the one thing I've noticed is I haven't used my Stampin' Write markers in a very long time. I mean they're just there collecting dust & cobwebs, LOL! I guess I will have to find techniques or some other way to use them.
I'm back to fall with this card today. I know I can't figure out which season I want to be in, just get me past summer already! I started fiddling with one of the other apple images in the Apple Harvest Stamp Set by stamping it with Memento Black Ink onto Basic White Cardstock, then coloring in the image using Real Red, Crumb Cake, Old Olive, Petal Pink, & Medium Light Stampin' Blends Combo Packs. Once I was done, with the coloring I layered it on top of Basic Black Cardstock. For the next layer, I used Real Red Cardstock and then stamped it with the bigger image in the set using Real Red Ink, which was then attached to Basic Black Cardstock. For the sentiment, I used Basic Black & Real Red Stampin' Write markers to color one of the sentiments from the set, highlighting certain words for more impact, then used Banners Pick A Punch to punch each end before adhering it to the card.
