I have an easy fun fold card that I found on one of Jackie Bolhuis fun fold videos to share today. I picked up the Perched In A Tree stamp set when the dies were offered for free last month during SAB.
I stamped the bird from the Perched In A Tree Stamp Set onto Basic White Cardstock using Soft Suede Ink. I colored the bird using Crumb Cake, Calypso Coral & Pale Papaya Stampin' Blends Combo Packs. I thought the coral wasn't the right color I was trying to achieve so I added Pale Papaya over it & it was close but didn't want to keep trying to find the perfect match so I went with what I did, which really isn't too bad. For the DSP, I used the retired Rings Of Love. I chose Crumb Cake Cardstock for the base of my card, added Basic White Cardstock for the inside message & then started to assemble my card. I took a scrap piece of Crumb Cake Cardstock & die-cut it using the Stylish Shapes Dies before stamping it with a sentiment from the set in Soft Suede Ink. I popped up the bird using Stampin' Dimensionals.
