Today's card features another color challenge from the Global Design Project & my brain went to an ocean theme, so I brought out a newer bundle I haven't used yet, On The Ocean.
I started with the On The Ocean Dies, where I die-cut the ship, mast, & sails using Very Vanilla & Crumb Cake Cardstock, after I die-cut I embossed the sails with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder then used my bone folder to smooth it out just a tad bit. I assembled the ship parts with Multipurpose Glue, so I had a bit of wiggle room to adjust if I needed to. For the stamped background, I used the waves in the On The Ocean Stamp Set with Coastal Cabana Ink stamped over & over on Very Vanilla Cardstock, then used a Blending Brush to fill in any vanilla parts, along with adding a bit around the ship. I also added the clouds from the set using the same ink. Once I had it to my liking I added the stamped piece to a layer of Coastal Cabana Cardstock followed by a Crumb Cake Cardstock base. For the sentiment, I used Crumb Cake Ink on Very Vanilla Cardstock, punched one end with the Banners Pick A Punch then added an Enamel Dot Essentials before adding it to the card.
