Hello stampers,
It's a new year & along with that our Stamp Review Crew is back with more blog hops! We are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world who share different ideas made with the featured stamp set. This week that stamp set is Bee My Valentine.
For my cards today, I decided to use the Stack, Cut & Shuffle technique which allowed me to make 4 really quick cards. I cut 4 pieces of Bee Mine DSP into 3 3/4 x 5 sections then cut them into 4 squares/rectangles, shuffled them so each piece only appeared on each card once. I attached them to a layer of Basic White Cardstock then to a Sweet Sorbet Cardstock base. I used the Deckled Circle Dies to die-cut a circle then added a sentiment & hearts using Sweet Sorbet Ink with the Bee My Valentine Stamp Set. For the bee, I used Memento Black, Daffodil Delight & Petal Pink Inks then used the Bee Builder Punch to punch out all the pieces & attached them together using Multipurpose Glue. On 2 cards I popped up the circle & the other 2 I popped up the bee using Stampin' Dimensionals. To finish the card, I used a few Hearts & Flowers.
