Farewell to Botanical Layers

Hello stampers,

Today's card was inspired by Mystery Monday Stamping from 3/18. I haven't had much play time with the set I used for this card, since I received it as a freebie during SAB, so thought it would be a good one to use on this challenge due to needing a solid image stamp.

I started both my cards using Basic White Cardstock, then used both the negative & positive parts of the Vellum to color a circle using Lost Lagoon Ink & Blending Brushes. Next, I stamped one of the plants from the Botanical Layers Stamp Set & a sentiment using Memento Black Ink. The focal point was added to a layer of Basic Black Cardstock and then to a base of Lost Lagoon Cardstock. I added a few retired Matte Black Dots to finish off the card.

• Basic Black Cardstock:
  • Layer - 4 1/8 x 5 3/8
• Basic White Cardstock:
  • Layer - 4 x 5 1/4
