Hello stampers,
Today's cards were made using one of the pre-challenges from last weekend's Creativate Summer. I didn't get to participate online during the event because I decided to schedule a vet visit during that time, so much for keeping a calendar if you don't look at it right?
This card is super easy to make- select your favorite DSP cut diagonally from top to bottom corners on both sides, flipping 2 of the pieces. I used the Flowering Zinnia DSP with Lemon Lime Twist & Basic White Cardstocks. The sentiment I used comes from the Textured Floral Stamp set which I stamped with Heather Highland & Petal Pink Inks on Basic White Cardstock then die-cut using the Stylish Shapes Dies. These were then backed by a layer of Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock then punched out using the retired 2 1/4" Circle Punch, before being popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals & centered on the card. Lastly, I added a few Brushed Brass Butterflies to finish the card.
Paper Measurements-
- Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock:
- Base - 8 1/2 x 5 1/2
- Circle - 2 1/2 x 2 1/2
- Basic White Cardstock:
- Layer - 4 x 5 1/4
- Circle - 2 1/4 x 2 1/4
- Flowering Zinnia DSP:
- Layer - 4 x 5 1/4
All supplies are Stampin' Up! unless otherwise noted.
