MMS081224 - Love & Hugs

Hello stampers,

The card I created today was for this week's Mystery Monday Stamping by Sharon Armstrong. I really like how we embossed the DSP on this card, I'll have to keep this in mind for future cards that I think needs more texture.

For this card, I chose to use the beautiful Thoughtful Journey DSP with Pretty Peacock Cardstock then embossed it using the Exposed Brick Embossing Folder . I also pulled from the DSP the Wild Wheat & Pretty Peacock Inks to stamp with the Heartfelt Hexagon Stamp Set onto Basic White Cardstock, punched it out using the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch then popped it up using Stampin' Dimensionals. Instead of ribbon, I used Linen Thread & finished the card off by adding a few 23-25 Opaque Sparkle Dots in the Wild Wheat color.
