Inspiring Snapdragons - Inspired By You

Hello stampers,

Today's card was inspired by the current Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge. Looking at the inspiration picture brought me back to living in Texas, while I never took pictures with the Blue Bonnets the upper right picture inspired me the most.

I chose to use the Inspiring Snapdragons Stamp Set & the coordinating dies to make my "bluebonnets"  from Basic White Cardstock that I then colored using Blueberry Bushel & Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends Combo Packs. Next, I used a Basic White Cardstock layer used Blending Brushes to add color using Balmy Blue, Azure Afternoon, & Granny Apple Green Ink Pads. For the dragonflies, I used the Basic Black & Brights Stampin' Write Markers directly to the stamp & then used Wink Of Stella to add a bit of glimmer to the wings. I used a sentiment from the stamp set with the Blueberry Bushel Ink Pad to the bottom of this layer. I added this to a layer of Granny Apple Green Cardstock & Blueberry Bushel Cardstock base.
