Playing In The Rain - Oh Happy Day!

Hello Stampers,

Today's card was inspired by this week's final pre-challenge before this weekends Creativate Spring. It's a simple looking sketch with the added DSP in the top corner.

I chose to use the retiring Playing In The Rain Stamp Set, I just love the little animal characters in the set. I stamped the rabbit onto Basic White Cardstock using Memento Black Ink, then colored it in using Smoky Slate, Pool Party & Petal Pink Stampin' Blends Combo Packs. I then masked the rabbit to add some rain using the Pool Party Ink Pad, before adding the focal image to a layer of Smoky Slate & Basic White Cardstock. For the next layer, I used Smoky Slate Cardstock & added strips from the retiring Shades & Hues DSP, before adding this layer to the Smoky Slate Cardstock base. I used the Pool Party Ink Pad again to add one of the sentiments to Basic White Cardstock then used a retired 1 1/2" circle punch to punch it out, then used Stampin' Dimensionals to pop it up. Lastly, I added a few Rainbow Dots to finish the card.
