Banner Sayings - Happy Birthday

Hello Stampers,

Today's card was inspired by a Creativate Winter Tutorial that I'm just getting around to looking at since I forgot about it. YIKES! 

For this card, I chose to use the January product of the month, True Blue Florals DSP for the windmill looking background, which was then added to a layer of Night of Navy Cardstock & a Balmy Blue Cardstock base. For the sentiment, I used the Banner Sayings Bundle, stamping the sentiment with Night Of Navy Ink onto Basic White Cardstock before punching it out with the 3 Banner Punch then attaching it to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals. To finish the card, I used a few of the Charming Shimmer Faceted Dots.
