True Blue DSP - Just A Little Hello

Hello Stampers,
Today's card was inspired by a reel from Laura Beacham showing another way to use DSP on a card that looks like a grid.

I started  with a Basic White Cardstock base & layer where the DSP was glued to. For the DSP, I chose to use the December POTM True Blue & cut as directed, instead of using black strips as shown in the reel I used Night Of Navy Cardstock. For the sentiment, I used the Cutest Crew Stamp Set to stamp the sentiment using Night Of Navy Ink onto Basic White Cardstock. I punched the sentiment out using the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch, then punched out another using Night Of Navy Cardstock before cutting it down the middle horizontally to have a peek a boo of color showing on the top & bottom. I used Stampin' Dimensionals to pop it up on the card & finished it off with a little bling using Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
