Balloon Festoon - Happy Birthday

Hello Stampers,

For today's card, I played around with the Balloon Festoon bundle & the new In Colors. Do you have a favorite yet? I'm leaning hard on the Hydrangea Hue & Barely Blush.

I started the card with a Basic White Cardstock layer, then used Blending Brushes with Peaceful Pine, Golden Glow, Crisp Cantaloupe, Barely Blush & Hydrangea Hue Inks to add color to where the balloons would be placed. Then used those same colors in cardstock to die-cut the balloons from the Balloon Festoon Dies & then added the stars using matching inks, along with die-cutting the strings from Basic White Cardstock. For the sentiment, I used one from the Balloon Festoon Stamp Set stamping with the retired Memento Black Ink onto Basic White Cardstock, then using Stampin' Dimensionals to pop it up. Once I had this layer done, I added it to a Basic White Cardstock base.
