SFF090914 Fall Fest

Hello stampers,
I hope y'all have had a wonderful week. I'm really enjoying being able to open up my windows & let the fall air in, drinking my hot chocolate, finding hand picked apples at my local nursery around the corner & most of all pumpkin everything. I happened to go to Red Robin this week & they have their pumpkin shakes back. I was in heaven! Onto the stamping...
It's Frenzy Friday time, once again. Our sketch this week was created by Stacey Tomkowiak.

When I saw this sketch I thought immediately of the cute ghost in the Fall Fest set. I'm not exactly sure why my brain went there, as I don't usually do Halloween cards, but for some reason it did. I had to improvise on the vision I had in my head since I couldn't find 2 things, my Halloween looking DSP or my candy dots which when I do find them will go in the lower right corner like the sketch shows. I tried to make my own dots out of paper, but the punch I have was way too big, so I just left them off. My friend, Carol, gave me the idea of the faces on the banner, she did a card using them as the whole background of one of her cards, so this replaced my DSP idea.

I hope you were inspired by our sketch this week and find some time to play along with us. We all would love to see what you come up with. Please upload it to our blog site here.

~Enjoy

  1. Great job Terri, I just love that little ghost too. I think the faces in the background are perfect.
