Hello stampers,
Happy Halloween & of course it happens to fall on Sketch Frenzy Friday! Hope y'all are staying warm I've heard reports of snow in some parts from my FB friends & supposedly we are supposed to have a mixture of rain & snow this weekend here. In other words slush, but I guess that isn't a proper word for the newscasters. Joy, Joy!
I haven't been feeling well enough to get on the pc this week, so I haven't posted much & I also missed the deadline for my Frenzy card, but I thought I would post it anyways. I had planned on doing a Halloween card & project but it just didn't happen. Instead I ended up doing a birthday card using the Endless Birthday Wishes and Perfect Pennants sets.
This is a very quick card to make, I think the most time used was the saying from Perfect Pennants as I used 4 different markers on the saying- Raspberry Ripple, Gumball Green, Crisp Cantaloupe & Bermuda Bay. The first 2 colors are retired. I also used Bermuda Bay on the Endless Birthday Wishes set in each Word Window Punch. I backed this up with Greenball Green Modern Label punched items. Added the Raspberry Ripple Satin Ribbon to the Birthday Basics DSP & finished it off with a Bermuda Bay base. See I told you it was easy.
This week's sketch was created by Patrice Herrera. Hop on over to the SFF blog & check out what the other team members did. Better yet, make your own card based on the sketch below & add your link to this week's challenge. Happy sketching!
~Enjoy
