Happy Wedding Day

Hello stampers,
So I had a friend get married recently & I made a card for her special day, albeit late because I couldn't get my act together to make one. I don't have any current wedding sets, so I stamped & changed a lot of things before ending up with something I liked, then of course just as I finished putting it all together I noticed I had smudged ink on several parts of the card. UGH, but that is just my luck! So here is the final product minus the smudges.
I tried to get as close as I could to the color of the roses in her bouquet which were a lavender color along with the white in the hydrangeas & I bounced around between Highland Heather & the retired Wisteria Wonder along with the white in the hydrangeas. I started off the card with a Whisper White Card Stock base, along with 2 smaller layers. For the background layer, I used the Big Shot with the Tufted TIEF to emboss & give it a bit of dimension, which was layered on top of Heather Highland Card Stock. For the stamped piece, I used the retired set A Lifetime Of Happiness stamped with Highland Heather Ink, also layering it with Highland Heather Card Stock, before adhering both sets of layers to the base of the card. Lastly, I stamped the retired Mr. & Mrs. Single Stamp with Highland Heather Ink to finish off the front of the card. After lots of frustration, I like the final result.
