August Paper Pumpkin - Sweet Sunflower

Hello stampers,
So today's card was one that I was working on for a blog hop that was inspired by the Sweet Sunflower Paper Pumpkin. I saw an image on FB & thought I can re-create this in a card form. Let me know what you think.
First, I have to show you the beautiful cards that I made using the Paper Pumpkin. This kit is probably in my top 5 of all the PP's I've done so far (still have lots that are unfinished.) I'm hoping that since there were no refills available this month, this will come back as part of the Kit Collection.
Ok, so here is the picture I saw on FB last week that made me want to try to make a card from it.
And here is my interpretation! I started with a Very Vanilla Cardstock layer where I used the Grassy Grove Stamp Set for the rocky hill with Soft Suede Ink & the grass I used the Oceanfront Stamp Set with Old Olive Ink. Next, I used Blending Brushes with Pear Pizzazz & Crumb Cake Ink to color the area, then fussy cut it down. I took another full layer of Very Vanilla Cardstock & colored that piece using Blending Brushes with Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie & Crumb Cake Ink. On a scrap piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock I stamped the sunflower from Celebrate Sunflowers Stamp Set with Pumpkin Pie Ink, then colored in the center with an Early Espresso Stampin' Write Marker then used the Sunflower Dies to cut it out. I also used the Sunflower Dies to cut out the stems from Garden Green Cardstock & added a bit of highlight with the White Watercolor Pencil. Once I had everything to my liking I started to assemble the card using Multipurpose Glue. The stamped layers were then added to a layer of Pumpkin Pie Cardstock then to a Daffodil Delight Cardstock base. I think I used the most items on this card than I ever have!EEK!
