SNEAK PEEK- Adorable Owls Happiest Of Birthdays

Hello stampers,

     Another card I made during my stamp weekend with Carol which gives you a sneak peek of a new Sale-A-Bration set that starts in just 2 days.

     I started with a Basic White Cardstock layer that I stamped one of the owls from the Adorable Owls Stamp Set using Early Espresso Ink. I colored the owl with Balmy Blue, Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, Pumpkin Pie & Light Medium Deep Stampin' Blends Combo Packs; his hat was colored using Tahitian Tide, Sweet Sorbet, Parakeet Party & Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends Combo Packs. This layer was then adhered to a piece of Sweet Sorbet Cardstock. I decided to use 3 strips of 2022-24 In Color DSP to make a background, the same colors used in the owl's hat, which were then adhered to a Basic White Cardstock base. For the sentiment, I used the Charming Sentiments Bundle to stamp with Sweet Sorbet Ink onto a scrap of Basic White Cardstock & then to die-cut it out, which I then popped up using Stampin' Dimensionals. To bring a little bling to the card, I added Basic Rhinestone Jewels.
