Plentiful Plants Fun Fold

Hello stampers,
Last night I found the early bird tutorials from Creativate Winter 2023 & decided I would try to do the fun fold. I messed up a few times because I didn't read the measurements correctly, but I finally got it done although a little backwards, EEK! This fun fold actually makes 2 cards, I'm not really good at typing up directions but I hope to give it my best shot.
This is the fun fold card I made using this tutorial, my directions are at the end of all the pics.
What the inside of the card looks like, decorated however you wish.
Below is what the cards should look like both vertically & horizontally, before folding in the triangle parts, but I think my card looks just fine the way I went as well.

Paper Measurements-
  • Garden Green Cardstock:
    • Card – 8 x 10 1/2, score at 5 1/4 (long side), turn & score at  4 (short side)
  • Cajun Craze Cardstock:
    • Base – 4 1/4 x 5 1/2
    • Layer-  3 3/4 x 5
  • Gray Granite Cardstock:
    • Layer – 2 3/4 x 3 3/4
  • Basic White Cardstock:
    • Layer – 2 1/2 x 3 1/2
    • Layer- 3 1/2 x 4 3/4
  1. Cut the Garden Green Cardstock at a diagonal after scoring making sure each point lines up to be cut. You may have to cut in 2 parts to get all the way across or you can finish by snipping off the rest. Pay attention to what angle you cut it at. It will either open like mine did or the other pictures. I don't think either way would be wrong.
  2.  Stamp the triangle parts only, with whatever stamp you choose.
  3. Make sure you crease the triangles down really well then attach to the Cajun Craze Cardstock card front.
  4. Decorate the Basic White Cardstock piece however you like making sure that you stamp it for the direction of the card.
  5. Stamp the 3 1/2 x 4 3/4 Basic White Cardstock layer then add to the 3 3/4 x 5 Cajun Craze layer & attach to the inside of the card.
  6. Stamp the 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 Basic White layer then attach it to the Gray Granite Cardstock layer, then carefully add Multipurpose glue to only part of this layer & attach it to the top rectangle, so the card will open.
