Today I'm sharing a card with a set I'm not sure I've really used, if I have it has probably only been once or twice. When I lived in NY I loved seeing hydrangeas & all the beautiful colors they came in, but the ones I remember were blue & purple. So here is my rendition.
I started my card with a layer of Basic White Cardstock that I die-cut using the new Radiating Stitched Dies, I stamped the hydrangea from Hydrangea Haven Stamp Set in the middle using Smoky Slate Ink; Granny Apple Green Ink for the leaf/stem stamp & the solid circle stamp with Balmy Blue Ink then daubed some Heather Highland Ink with a Sponge Dauber. This layer was then attached to a layer of Highland Heather Cardstock which was then cut down around the stamped layer as it is an off measurement, then attached to a Balmy Blue Cardstock base. For the sentiment, I used the Something Fancy Stamp Set with Smoky Slate Ink & die-cut it using the Floral Gallery Dies before adding Mini Stampin' Dimensionals. Lastly, I added a few clear Elegant Faceted Gems.
