So I finally got my demo copy of the catalog yesterday, perusing it a few times then found a card I felt inspired to duplicate with what I had on hand. Just as I was about to take a photo I ruined the card *UGH* don't you hate it when you do that. So I had to start from the beginning & needless to say, I was up until the wee hours of this morning. EEK! Unfortunately, I can't show you the card but if you have the new catalog then look on page 41.
For this card, Sahara Sand Cardstock was used for all but the flower. The background layer was embossed using the new Basics 3D Embossing Folders, for the punched pieces I used the retiring Lovely Labels Pick A Punch and then used a Sponge Dauber to add some shading around each piece with Sahara Sand Ink these were then popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals before adding them to the card. For the sentiment, I used a new sentiment set called Wonderful Thoughts. The flower was die-cut using the Meadow Dies with Basic White Cardstock, then colored it using the retired Rich Razzleberry Stampin' Blends Combo Pack & a Pear Pizazz Stampin' Write Marker. I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels that I had colored using the Rich Razzleberry Stampin' Blends Combo Pack.
