I can't believe it's Monday already? Why does it seem like the weekends are so short lately? For today's card I decided to play around a bit with 3 die sets & 1 stamp set. What is the most dies or sets you've used for 1 card? I think I have hit my max with this one, LOL!
I started this card with Basic White Cardstock that I had die-cut a frame using the Radiating Sketch Dies. I then started working on the scene, I used the Playing In The Rain Stamp Set & stamped the turtle & the flowers in a row across the bottom of a scrap piece of Basic White Cardstock, the turtle was die-cut using the Playing In The Rain Dies & the flowers were fussy cut using Paper Snips. I colored in the turtle using Old Olive, Mossy Meadow, Lemon Lolly & Pecan Pie Stampin' Blends Combo Packs; for the flowers I used Lemon Lolly, Pecan Pie, Granny Apple Green & Old Olive Stampin' Blends Combo Packs. I used Crumb Cake Cardstock for the bridge, first I used the Timber 3D Embossing Folder than die-cut it using the Playing In The Rain Dies, I was hoping to give it a bit of texture but the rails of the bridge are too small to show the texture. I used Multipurpose Glue to attach the bridge to the outside of the frame, the flowers were attached to the inside & the turtle was attached to look like he was walking across the bridge. To bring these items together I used the Fresh As A Daisy DSP to act like a sky, this was then all attached to an Old Olive Cardstock base. For the sentiment, I used one from the set with the Old Olive Ink Pad & die-cut it using the Stylish Shapes Dies then popping it up using Stampin' Dimensionals.
