I don't know about y'all but every time I pull out the Playing In The Rain set & see the "Oh happy day" sentiment I start singing in my head thinking about the song from Sister Act 2 I believe it was. LOL! I thought I would play with a sketch I found from I believe it was from the 1st Creativate Retreat & because I had the brights on my mind from yesterday I worked with them again.
I started this card by taking 1 color from each of the Brights DSP & cut 2 at a 1/2 width & the rest at 3/8, these were then glued down to a piece of Basic White Cardstock with Multipurpose Glue. Once I was done with that piece, I attached it to a layer of Basic White Cardstock, stamping a sentiment from the Playing In The Rain Stamp Set using the Azure Afternoon Ink Pad. Next, I stamped the rabbit using the Memento Black Ink Pad then coloring it in using Pink Pirouette (retired), Daffodil Delight & Gray Granite Stampin' Blends Combo Packs, before die-cutting it with the kite pieces using Azure Afternoon & Basic White Cardstocks, then adhered these pieces into place to finish the card.
