Hello stampers,
I've been a fan of killer whales since I was a kid, I even did a report on them back in the day so I couldn't pass up this Whale Watching set in the upcoming catalog.
I started with a piece of Basic White Cardstock where I stamped one of the whales using Memento Black Ink & colored in the water using Pool Party Stampin' Blends Combo Pack, then die-cut this piece using Deckled Rectangles. Next, I embossed a layer of Pool Party Cardstock with a new embossing folder set called Cheery Patterns. Since these folders are about half the size as regular folders I had to emboss the cardstock twice. The embossed piece was then layered on top of Basic Black Cardstock then to a Basic White Cardstock base. I added the whale piece at an angle using Stampin' Dimensionals. For the sentiment, I used another new sentiment set called So Sincere stamping with the Memento Black Ink, then using the retired Layering Circles Dies to die cut before adding Mini Dimensionals just on the right side. I added a few Glossy Dots in the Pool Party color to finish the card.

- Layer - 4 x 5 1/4
