Today I'm sharing a sneak peek from the upcoming mini catalog, Translucent Florals Bundle which is part of the Distinktive line.
The newer ink pads can sometimes come in a bit overinked which is easy to correct but I decided to work with it by using Moody Mauve & Mossy Meadow Inks with the clear powder from the Basics Stampin' Emboss Powders to heat emboss the flowers & leaves from the set on Basic White Cardstock, then die-cut them out using the Translucent Floral Dies. For the background, I used the Artistic Mix Decorative Masks to create a pattern with Bubble Bath Ink & Blending Brush on Basic Whtie Cardstock, which was then attached to a Moody Mauve Cardstock base. I attached the leaves directly to the background using Multipurpose Liquid Glue, but the flowers were popped up using Stampin' Dimensionals. For the sentiment, I used the Wonderful Thought Bundle with Moody Mauve Ink & Basic White Cardstock, then popped it up with Stampin' Dimensionals as well.
