Hello stampers,
I'm sharing a card I made for this week's Mystery Monday Stamping. So if you watch this week's video you'll get a big laugh because the prep clue that Sharon sends out every Sunday, didn't match what she was showing, so now all of us are prepared for next week's challenge. LOL! The directions she put on her blog which is what I downloaded are correct & for the below card, although I did GO ROGUE!
I used Basic White & Shaded Spruce Cardstock for the first or is it the last 3 layers. For the DSP layer, I used the Joy Of Christmas DSP, this is the part I went rogue on instead of 4 individual red pieces I used 1 big piece and then added the 3 individual pieces to make the illusion that the 4 red are individual, I read the instructions wrong & thought this would be the easiest correction to make. I used the Joy To You Stamp Set for the sentiment using Shaded Spruce Ink on Basic White Cardstock. Lastly, I added a few Glitter Sequins to finish off the card.
Paper Measurements-
- Basic White Cardstock:
- Base - 11 x 4 1/4
- Layer - 5 x 3 3/4
- Shaded Spruce Cardstock:
- Layer - 5 1/4 x 4
- Joy Of Christmas DSP:
- Layer - 4 1/4 x 3
- Layer - (3) 3/4 x 3
All supplies are Stampin' Up! unless otherwise noted.
