Hello stampers,
It's the 3rd Monday of the month & that brings another Stamp Review Crew Blog Hop. We are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world who share different ideas made with the featured stamp set. This week that stamp set is Bird's Eye View.
I used a fun fold from Jackie Bolhuis for today's card. I started the card with a layer of Very Vanilla Cardstock then stamped the bird & books from the Bird's Eye View stamp set using VersaMark Ink, the copper from Metallics Embossing Powders & the Heat Tool. I colored them using Pretty Peacock, Mossy Meadow & Copper Clay Stampin' Blends Combo Packs. The sentiment is from the Happy Labels stamp set & was stamped using Copper Clay Ink. The stamped image was then layered on top of Copper Clay Cardstock to not see the coloring from the back. For the folded part, I used Copper Clay Cardstock with All About Autumn DSP, then layered this part onto a Very Vanilla Cardstock card front. A blank piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock was added for a message, lining it up behind the stamped image.
