Spotlight On Nature - Thanks

Hello stampers,

It's been a busy week & it's only Tuesday. UGH! I've lost count of the days we've been in excessive heat watch, trying to keep both inside & outside cats as cool as possible. It's really sad to see them struggle outside in the heat, so I have no problem with them lying on my grass to keep cool but my neighbors might. EEK!

So today's card I'm using the Spotlight On Nature Stamp Set, stamping the flowers with Memento Black Ink onto Basic White Cardstock. I colored them with Peach Pie & Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends Combo Packs. For the butterfly, I used the Memento Black Ink to stamp on Basic White Cardstock, colored it with the Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Blends Combo Pack, then used my Paper Snips to fussy cut it out. I die-cut Basic White, Granny Apple Green & Peach Pie Cardstocks using the Perennial Postage Dies then attached the first two together before adding them to a Peach Pie Cardstock base. I popped up both the butterfly & sentiment using Stampin' Dimensionals. For the bling, I used Rhinestone Basic Jewels, coloring them with Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends Combo Packs.

  • Base - 8 1/2 x 5 1/2
• Granny Apple Green Cardstock:
  • Layer - 3 7/8 x 5 1/8
• Basic White Cardstock:
  • Layer - 3 3/4 x 5
