Hello stampers,
While I had the Inspirational Sketches stamp set out from yesterday's card, I remembered I got some SAB paper that I mainly got for the fun, bright colors but also for the patterned side of it. However, when I saw the mushrooms from the set I was like who needs more mushroom sets when you have another stamp that will work as well. LOL! I used one of the catalog sketches for inspiration on my card.
I started out with a scrap of Basic White Cardstock & used the Textured Notes Dies to die-cut a rectangle then stamped the mushrooms from the Inspirationals Sketches Stamp Set using the Crumb Cake Ink Pad, then coloring them in using Crumb Cake, Melon Mambo & Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Blends Combo Packs. Next, I used the textured stamp from the same set stamped it a bunch of times on a scrap piece of Pumpkin Pie Cardstock then die-cut 2 circles using the Stylish Shape Dies then attached them behind the stamped image. For the sentiment, I used the Unbounded Love Stamp Set with the Melon Mambo Ink Pad, then attaching this to a layer of now retired SAB DSP called Toadstool Gardens. These layers were then added to a Melon Mambo Cardstock base, before attaching a few Glossy Dots to finish the card.
- Melon Mambo Cardstock:
- Base - 8 1/2 x 5 1/2
- Pumpkin Pie Cardstock:
- Layer - 3 x 1 1/2
- Basic White Cardstock:
- Layer - 2 3/8 x 3 7/8
- Toadstool Gardens DSP:
- Layer - 4 x 5 1/4
All supplies are Stampin' Up! unless otherwise noted.
