SFF100314 Truly Grateful

Hello stampers,
Welcome back to another week of Sketch Frenzy Friday. To add to my Fall, Halloween & Thanksgiving theme I have going on right now on my blog, here is my creation to this week's sketch.
This week I used the Truly Grateful set, I've had this awhile & am surprised that it hasn't seen any ink (among others in my stash). I didn't realize how many retired items I actually used until I was done with the card though.
On the white piece of cardstock I stamped first the woodgrain background from the set in Sahara Sand stamped off once. I then used Crushed Curry, Chocolate Chip & Tangerine Tango markers to color in the wheat stamp & stamped directly over the background. I used the retired Houndstooth embossing folder on the Curry cardstock & voila, my card!

This week's sketch was created by Kathy Clark. Hop on over to the SFF blog & check out what the other team members did. Better yet, make your own card based on the sketch below & add your link to this week's challenge.

~Enjoy

  1. Hi Terri, Your Wheat stock focal image looks like it is popping right off the card I thought you had cut it out and lifted it! What an amazing job coloring it!
